In the land of Ucan in the forests of Mecaz, Kai longs to escape her life of oppression at the hands of The Elders. The Elders of Nahaq are a mysterious group that believe The Child of Light will come and free them from The Canavar – a beast that dwells in the Caves of Azad.
Kai was born during an eclipse and has been raised by the Elders, they believe that she has the potential to rid their land of The Canavar. Kai yearns for a life of quiet contemplation, to wander the forests of her homeland in peace.
Will her escape during the Festival of Asan free her from a life of servitude, or will she meet a darker fate in The Caves of Azad?
